  • Contact forms— name, email address, phone number, and business name when you request a free audit or fill out any form on the site.
  • Chat widget— messages you send through the on-site chat. If you share your email or phone number in a chat message, we may save it to follow up.
  • SMS & phone calls — if you text or call us, we receive your phone number, message content, and call metadata (duration, status) through our phone system.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics— we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page views and performance data. This does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
  • Theme preference — your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry or audit request
  • To send follow-up emails related to your request
  • To communicate with you via SMS or phone if you initiate contact through those channels
  • To improve the site experience based on aggregate, anonymous analytics

Cookies

The public-facing site does not set tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for your theme preference. Our dashboard (for clients only) uses an authentication cookie that is strictly functional and not used for tracking.

Data Retention

We keep your contact information and communication history for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up on your inquiry. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or update your information
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message
